Nice lift, good support

I purchased the Cruiser Lift a few weeks ago after comparing a few options. The ordering process on the website was clear, and I got an email confirmation right away. It shipped within a couple of days, and UPS delivered it to my door in upstate New York about a week later. The lift itself was heavy but manageable to unbox. Setup was pretty intuitive, though I did call their support line about one of the hydraulic connections; the representative was knowledgeable and quickly helped me out. The lift holds my cruiser very securely, and the build quality seems excellent. It's a definite improvement for maintenance. My only small gripe is the foot pedal could be a bit sturdier, but it works fine.

Got a deal on a trailer

I was looking for a new trailer and waited for a sale. Managed to grab the Single Rail Stand-Up Motorcycle Trailer during their holiday specials, which saved me a couple hundred bucks. The price felt fair for what I got, especially with the discount. Shipping was standard. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

Trailer parts came fast

Needed a Trailer Spare Tire and some new Ratchet Tie-Down Straps. Ordered them Sunday, they were here by Friday. Parts were exactly as described. Good experience.

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I ordered the Dual Rail Stand-Up Motorcycle Trailer last month. Assembly was straightforward enough. The trailer feels really solid and well-built, definitely an upgrade from my old one. It stands up easily for storage, which was the main reason I chose Kendon. The only minor issue was the delivery; it took about 10 days to get here in Nevada, which felt a little long. I'd still recommend it for the quality, but just be aware of potential shipping times.

Reliable like always

Another solid purchase from Kendon. I've bought two trailers from them before, and this time I got the Sport Bike Lift. It arrived just as expected, well-packaged, and the lift works smoothly. Kendon's products are consistently good quality, and their customer service, when I had a question about an older trailer, was always helpful. That's why I keep coming back.

Looking at a lift for my cruiser. How does Kendon compare to, say, Baxley? Are they pretty much the same quality?

S Sarah Carter 2 months ago
Kendon lifts are really solid, I've had mine for years. Baxley makes good stuff too, but Kendon's stand-up feature is a game changer for space. Quality-wise, both are top tier imo.

I've only used Kendon but my buddy has a Baxley. Both are high quality. Kendon's main thing is the stand-up storage, which is awesome if you're tight on space. For sheer lifting, either would probably be fine.

How long does it typically take for a trailer to arrive? I'm in Colorado and need it for a trip in about a month.

S Steve 2 months ago
Lead times can vary. I ordered a single rail last year and it took like 3 weeks to get to Texas. They don't ship them assembled so there's some setup time too.

Mine was about a month to Ohio. You might be cutting it close if you need it for a trip next month. I'd call them to get a better estimate for your specific model and location.

Hey guys, thinking about getting one of their dual rail trailers. What's the deal with capacity? Can it handle two bigger bikes or just sportbikes?

D Dana 2 months ago
I've got the dual rail and haul a Harley Road King and a Dyna without issues. Just make sure you distribute the weight right. It's pretty solid.

N Nina 2 months ago
They list the weight capacity on their site. I think it's like 2000 lbs total for the dual, so two heavy cruisers should be fine, but always check the specs for your specific model.

Does Kendon ever do any sales around Black Friday or Cyber Monday? Should I wait to buy a trailer?

A Anna Torres 1 month ago
Oh yeah, they definitely do Black Friday sales. I got my lift during one a couple years ago. Saved a decent chunk.

They usually have something for Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Sometimes it's a specific dollar amount off trailers, or a percentage off accessories. Worth waiting if you can.

Are Kendon trailers actually made in the USA? I try to buy American when I can.

R Renee Beaumont 1 month ago
Yeah, they proudly say made in the USA. That was a big selling point for me too.

Pretty sure they are. It's a point they make in their marketing and on their site.

Anyone know if Kendon does free shipping, especially for the bigger trailers? Or is that extra?

R Ryan 2 months ago
Nah, free shipping usually isn't a thing for the trailers. They're too big and heavy. You gotta pay for freight.

A Anna Beaumont 2 months ago
I didn't get free shipping on my lift, so I doubt they do for trailers. Sometimes they have deals that include accessories or something but not usually the main item shipping.

Can you use a regular hitch with their trailers or do you need some special kind of hitch?

K Kate Carter 2 months ago
Nah, it's just a standard ball hitch. Nothing special needed. I use my truck's regular hitch no problem.
4
O Omar 2 months ago
Most of them just use a standard 2-inch ball, I think. You just need a receiver hitch on your vehicle that can handle the weight.

Do Kendon trailers come already put together, or do you have to assemble them yourself?

E Emma 1 month ago
They ship them mostly knocked down, not fully assembled. You'll have to put some stuff together, but it's not super complicated.
3
A Amber 1 month ago
No, they're not fully assembled. You'll get it in a crate and have to do some assembly. Instructions are decent though.
